Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks where the wine is given a little lees contact for a rounder feel before the two grape varieties are blended together, stabilised and bottled.

Born of old Garnacha vines, grown at high altitude and on poor calcareous stony soils which yield high quality wines, the Particular Garnacha 2015 is a very clean, intense and bright wine.
