The property Descalzos Viejos has an area of 16 hectares and is situated in a framework of incomparable beauty on the Cornice of the Tajo de Ronda, surrounded by three natural parks. In the highest part of the same is the cellar, located in a Trinitario convent of the XVI century.
At the back of the building there is a beautiful garden with fruit trees and a water spring. The vineyard is found in the lower part of the estate between old olive trees and holm oaks.
Made from Garnacha, Syrah and Merlot grapes, grown on stony soils of limestone nature. The harvest is done between September and October in boxes manually. Fermentation and maceration are carried out in stainless steel tanks. It was bottled after a aging of 6 months in barrels of French (80%) and American oak(20%).
