From among the highest vineyards of Ribera del Duero at an altitude of some 900 metres. The vines have to work hard and this provides good concentrated fruit, especially as the vines are over 60 years old, which gives great quality but low yields. The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel before being blended together and ageing in barrels.
Organic cultivation and natural winemaking are the ways to get this wine obtained from 100% Grenache grapes. For this wine we have handpicked grapes from selected vineyards to obtain this magnificent wine.
