It is a wine that gives you an appetite. It has been enhanced by 4 months ageing on the lees in very fine grained wood, just enough to balance with the fruit, making it very versatile with food.

85% Viura, 15% Malvasía. Age of vines: over 50 years old.
4 months ageing on the lees, 75% French oak, 25% American oak. Very fine grained wood with very short toasting, just enough to add complexity to the fruit.
A lovely pale straw colour, very bright,
It smells great. With fine, quite intense aromas with touch of citrus (lemon) and even a hint of tropical fruit.
In the mouth it gives you even more than on the nose. You notice the effect of the time on lees; the smoothness and the complexity. Great structure, almost creamy, a very tasty wine.
