This is a delicious and versatile wine. It is made using a long slow fermentation in inox tanks and is then left on its lees for about five months to soak up more depth of flavour.

Tasting notes

60% Garganega & 40% Chardonnay.

No wood ageing, just five months on fine lees.

Intense strawy yellow with slight glints of green.

Delicate floral notes with traces of citrus and orchard fruits. There is a hint of creaminess from the lees ageing.

Very fresh, clean, dry and nicely balanced. Relaxed with gentle mineral notes and hints of pear and citrus.
