Made by the Biscardo family in the northern Veneto, this is “proper” Prosecco made by the traditional method: fermented twice. The “diamonds” on the bottle neck are genuine Swarovski, making it the perfect gift.

No ageing is necessary. The wine rests on its lees in tank for about four months after the first fermentation before being fermented again, stabilised and bottled.
Very pale, clean and bright with a persistent mousse.
Very fresh, charming and refined with pronounced notes of ripe orchard fruits.
Clean, dry, fresh and nicely balanced with fruity apple pear and peach notes and a gentle hint of minerality and enough acidity to give the wine its considerable vivacity.
