100% Nebbiolo, a classic late ripening local grape.
The wine spends 12 months in 3,000 litre Slavonian oak barrels and a few months in bottle before release.
Very deep ruby red with hints of garnet.
Attractive aromas of fresh raspberry and cherry with background notes of earth and flowers with the faintest hint of spice.
Full bodied with ripe tannins. Nicely balanced and supple with a long fresh plum and cherry finish balanced by the slightest savoury hint.
