The town of Chablis produces white wines in “kimmeridge” clay soils in northern Burgundy. The 6th generation of the Camu family controls a domaine of 13 hectares here and are well respected producers who offer a range of fine quality wines

No ageing is needed and the wine only rests briefly on its fine lees after fermentation.
Pale bright golden yellow with just a trace of green.
Fresh and zesty with a slightly flinty mineral character deriving from the vineyard with apple and yellow fruit notes balancing the minerality.
Crisp at first but opens out with a zippy slightly richer Chardonnay character with traces of mineral and orchard fruits.
