Ronda is better known for red wines yet is quite capable of producing excellent whites. This very limited release is made only from selected grapes and the latest techniques where some of the wine is barrel fermented while the rest ferments in tank using dry ice to avoid oxidation.

Tasting notes

100% Chardonnay

Over 2 months in French oak barriques.

Very bright yellowy gold.

Deep and intense with complex slightly floral aromas of yellow fruits, pineapple and hazelnut, all well integrated to form a bouquet. Not oaky.

A big fruity wine with a great deal of subtlety, it is full yet amazingly elegant with great persistence. It’s time to re-think “Anything but Chardonnay”!
