This excellent wine is grown on a "terroir" of calcareous soil dating from the earliest times of Penedes, replete with marine fossils. It is carefully worked using the most respectful and sustainable techniques and provides, from different plots, the grapes that are picked, at harvest time and taken to the winery in in boxes of 20 kgs. After aging for 12 months in oak barrels and twelve months in bottle this wine is ready to be consumed. The result is a very fine wine, with ripe tannins and plenty of fruit.

Fresh, ripe black fruit aromas with gentle spice notes from the oak.
This is a serious wine, beautifully made and organic with finely balanced acidity, ripe tannins and fruit, and it has terrific length.
