CEO Birdie Vinos
This is the top sparkling wine from Raventos I Blanc, their prestige cuvee. It comes from the ancient fossil-laden calcareous soils of the Penedes where the grapes are farmed bio-dynamically and selected from special plots. Pressing is slow and delicate and the different grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel. After careful blending the wine is bottled for its second fermentation and aged for 72 months.

Pale gold with bright highlights and an incredibly fine mousse.
With such a long period of ageing the nose is incredibly complex with gentle yeasty, slightly buttery autolytic notes balancing aromas of white fruit and blossom.
Full and very refined with lots of tangy orchard fruit backed by considerable depth. A very serious yet joyful wine.
