Rioja Vega Reserva is made from the classic blend of Tempranillo (85%), Mazuelo (5%) and Graciano (10%). The fruits comes from the traditional 70ha. vineyards that the firm owns in Rioja. Its calcareous clay soils provide optimum drainage and excellent water retention. The wine was aged in both barrel and bottle to refine it before sale.

Bright, clean deep blacky red with ruby highlights
Intense and complex with ripe red and black fruit with traces of leather and eucalyptus
Medium to full bodied with lots of fruit, good texture and hints of vanilla from the wood with well integrated tannins
