Made from grapes grown in the firm’s three plots, Cuitor, Marsera and Sabaté, in the Penedés, the three grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks before they are blended together in the best proportions. The wine is then bottled where it undergoes the second fermentation and then bottle aged. A little dosage is added before corking and sale.
