This Cava rosé is made from the local Trepat grape which grows in calcareous gravels in the old terraces of the rivet Bitlles in the El Vendrell area.
These soils help the grapes to ripen well and they are fermented in stainless steel tanks before bottling for their second fermentation.
A year or so later the sediment is removed and a little dosage added before final corking.
