CEO Birdie Vinos
It is a dense and intense wine from organic farming in vines of 40 years (the oldest of Bodegas Attis).
These vineyards are oriented to the northwest and are tiled in a system of traditional granite pergolas that protect the plant from moisture and gives it a greater growth area.
The soil on which these vines grow is made up of a suitable proportion of stone and clay sand. This allows the plant to develop roots longer than what can be expected in a normal wine from D.O. Rias Baixas.
