The fermentation takes place during 8 days in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature of 26ºC. The wine remains macerated to extract the maximum potential of the grape. After this stage, the wine is reared for 6 months in new French oak barrels.
Red berry color with a very elegant purple trim. It is quite high layer and abundant tear.
Aroma to ripe red fruit, to chocolate, cinnamon and wood
Of good intensity, very round and with a marked end.
