The name of this wine comes from the homonymous city located north of Lecce, an area of vineyards and olive groves, where you can find scattered farms and ancient watchtowers.
The wine is produced with grapes from Negroamaro for the most part, and black Malvasia.

Aging in wood barrels for 24 months and in steel tanks for 14 months
Intense ruby red with purple tones that tend to orange with aging.
Vinous, characteristic, pleasant intense.
Dry, full-bodied, velvety, warm and harmonious.
