This is a very interesting and quite unique wine. The fruit of a single vineyard, over 70 years old, in which the seven grape varieties grow side by side. Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha Tinta, Mazuelo, Viura, Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca are the 7 grapes which give rise to this wine. The last three are white and, used in small proportions, add some freshness to this lovely wine.

Tasting notes

Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha Tinta, Mazuelo, Viura, Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca

This Reserva wine is made through 4 separate vinifications of the 7 varieties, with different temperatures and maturation times. The 4 resulting wines are then aged separately for 36 months, in different types of casks depending on the variety. Finally, the definitive “coupage” is aged for 12 months in a French-oak “foudre” vat with a capacity of 10,000 litres.

Bright cherry red with ruby highlights

On the nose you can find aromas of ripe berries and fragrant roses and violets, with a hint of spices and vanilla coming through

Balanced and full on the palate, rich in nuances, very fruity and perfectly integrated soft tannins.
