The bodega produces two styles of rosé, and this is the traditional deeper-coloured style fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with longer contact with the grape skins. This offers more depth of flavour and colour. The Tempranillo gives the wine structure while the Granacha gives it a wonderful juiciness making it extremely versatile with food
