CEO Birdie Vinos
This Galician White comes from the steep vineyards of Condado de Tea near the river Miño which tempers the Atlantic climate and protects the vines from frost.
Soils are granite and sand and the grapes are hand-picked from the firm’s 40 hectares of vines. Half of the grapes are cold macerated before joining the rest at the press, and the resulting must is filtered before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stabilised and bottled.
