CEO Birdie Vinos
This bodega owns a modest 33 hectares of vineyard but rents 25 more of very old vines which give real quality to the wines. Being fermented in stainless steel and without oak ageing this young red shows great purity of fruit and a trace of mineral from the clay and limestone soils from which it comes. Ribera del Duero in its purest state.
