The Chardonnay grapes for this wine were harvested at night to retain all their freshness and achieve maximum aromatic extraction. The oak adds complexity to the wine without dominating it, leaving that perfect touch of oak and delicate hints of vanilla.

Aged in 100 % French oak barrels for six months on its own fine lees with regular bâttonages (stirring-up of the lees to extract more flavour).
Bright golden yellow.
There's a real harmony of flavours on the palate, full, fresh and with a perfect acidity. The fruit is bright and up-front and well-integrated with the wood from the ageing in barrels, making this a round and characterful wine.
Intense fruit aromas of ripe apricots, pineapples and lime, delicately complemented with elegant floral notes. The hints of vanilla from the barrel ageing round off an interesting and complex flavour.
